Paid work is governed by a written proposal, invoice or statement of work. Timelines depend on content and approvals you provide. Hosting, ads spend and third-party licences are billed as described in that document.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Bhavi Digital unless a contract assigns deliverables to you after full payment. You may not copy our templates, copy or code for a competing site without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or third-party platform outages (ads, hosting upstream, payment gateways).
