Service work

Cancel in writing to info@bhavidigital.com. Discovery or design already delivered is billed. Unused prepaid hours may be refunded or credited at our discretion after we review time spent.

Domain, SSL, ads credit and third-party licences already purchased are not refundable once provisioned. Hosting is billed for the period started unless a statutory right applies.

Advance payments

Project kickoff usually requires an advance. That advance is applied to work. If we cancel for reasons on our side, unused advance is refunded by the original payment method within 7 business days of written confirmation.

Products

Physical items, if sold, follow the shipping policy. Damaged-in-transit claims need photos within 48 hours of delivery.
