Web hosting
Linux for most sites, Windows when the application needs it, on a plan sized to the site.
Hosting and email
Domains, hosting, SSL and mailboxes on your own domain, looked after so the site and the email do not depend on one unpaid invoice.
The work
A web hosting company in Hyderabad is often called the week something breaks: the site is down, the mail bounces, or a certificate has expired. Bhavi Digital takes that work earlier. We host the sites we build, register or transfer domains into an account you own, and set up mailboxes on your domain so customers are not writing to a free address.
Most marketing sites run on Linux with current PHP. Windows hosting is available when the application needs it. Business email covers new mailboxes and a move from an older host, including the records that tell the world where mail should go. SSL, backups and a basic security watch are part of the same job.
We do not promise a perfect uptime figure. Servers fail, and the useful promise is that someone is watching, backups exist, and there is a person you can call. The site itself is built under website design. A store on your own server is covered with ecommerce. If you are unsure whether to move, IT consulting is the conversation before the migration.
Capabilities
Linux for most sites, Windows when the application needs it, on a plan sized to the site.
Registration or transfer into an account the business owns, with the records written down.
A certificate on the domain when it goes live, and a renewal that is not left to chance.
Mailboxes on your domain, for the people who actually send and receive.
A move from the old host, including the records mail depends on.
The site moved with its files, database and the URLs worth keeping.
Copies you can restore, not a line item that has never been tested.
Access, updates and a watch for the problems that take a small site offline.
A look at whether the site is slow because of the server, the theme or the images.
The brief
Hosting problems are dull until the site or the mail stops. These are the ones we are asked to untangle.
Nobody knows the login, and the invoice is in an ex-employee’s name.
Customers do not trust a Gmail address for a company that has its own domain.
The browser warns people before they ever read the page.
The new host is live and the old pages now 404.
A copy exists in theory and nobody has tried it.
The domain records were never set when the mailbox was created.
A brochure site on an oversized server, or a store on a plan that cannot cope.
How it runs
The domain, the current host, the mailboxes and what must not break.
Linux or Windows, and a plan that fits the site rather than a menu of extras.
Files, database and DNS, with a window you know about.
SSL, access and the first backup after the move.
Mailboxes and the records that decide where email is delivered.
The first days after the change, then a rhythm for backups and renewals.
Tools
The pieces a business site actually depends on. Vendor names stay off this list unless they are part of your current setup.
Where the website runs.
How people find you.
What continues after go-live.
The studio
Hosting is the unglamorous half of a website project. It still gets the same standard: you can reach someone, and the choices are explained.
The brief starts with what the business needs to happen, not a shopping list of features.
Screens are planned around the person who has to use them, on a phone as well as a desk.
Pages are structured so people and search engines can find the offer. Rankings are not promised.
The work is checked on a phone, not only on a wide monitor.
The tool is picked for the job. A marketing site does not get the same stack as a custom application.
Fewer unused extras, so the page or app can load on an ordinary connection.
The studio that ships the work can stay for hosting, email and the next change.
When a template cannot hold the workflow, the work can move into a custom build.
Portfolio
Hosting is infrastructure, not a visual case study. The portfolio shows the sites that sit on this kind of setup.
Hosting
Domains, hosting and business email for the sites the studio builds or moves. No uptime percentage is claimed.
Work type. A named case study has not been published.

Linux hosting for most PHP and WordPress sites, and Windows hosting when the application needs it. The plan is chosen for the site you have, not from a default package.
Yes. Mailboxes on your own domain, so the address matches the website. We set up the records mail depends on, which is where a lot of “it goes to spam” problems start.
Yes. Registration and transfers should end in an account the business owns. We will not leave the only login in a personal inbox you might lose.
Yes. Files, database and the URLs that already bring visitors. We plan the DNS change so the move is a window, not a surprise outage you hear about from a customer.
A certificate is part of going live on the domain, and renewal is part of looking after it. A browser warning is treated as a fault, not as a later add-on.
Yes, and a backup only counts if it can be restored. We do not describe an untested copy as protection.
SSL, limited access, updates and a watch for the issues that take a small site offline. It is ongoing work. It is not a one-time badge, and it is not a promise that nothing can ever go wrong.
Yes. After the mailbox exists we help with the phone and desktop setup, so staff are not guessing the server names.
Yes. The server does not have to sit in the same country as the studio. Domain, DNS and mail are set up in an account your business owns, and we walk through it on a call.
Yes. Business mail is on your domain, so the address matches the website. We also set the records that decide whether mail is delivered or treated as spam.
